WinFixer/Aurora/ABI Network HELP!

Somehow this WinFixer thing made it onto my computer today. I run Ad-Aware full scans twice and removed the program about 10 times, and yet it remains, installing itself and trying to run. Cannot browse internet without Aurora/ABI popups. My computer has essentially been useless ever since.

I will admit that I have no expertise in this area, but I think I can follow instructions well if anyone is willing to help me. If someone can help, please let me know what information I need to post.
