Hi there, hope someone can help - psguard seems to have taken over my desktop. theres a big black screen saying i have spyware - and it wont go away! also an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle keeps popping up in the bottom right hand corner, along with a pop-up saying my computer is infected.

i have run a hijack this thing, and it said:

however i have no idea what this means. i have got all the suggested programs (i think!) but no idea what to do!! help would be very much appreciated!!
