Yesterday I downloaded a trial version of spyware begone. I then purchased the full version and intalled it, after which I uninstalled the trial version. I had thought installing the full version would remove the trial version but it didn't. Anyway, now I can't remove the Full version for my life. Either through their uninstall or from the control panel. I get the following three messages, and after I do the program is still there: IUN - File Name is not there; Error- Could not load language file; Are you sure you want to remove this program and all of its components? After I say yes to the last item, nothing happens. Can anyone help me at all? Thanks so much.

Why do you want to uninstall the version you paid for? Is it working correctly or did you decide you didn't want it?

Please read the following review:

You can post a hijack this log and we can kill it.

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

The following are not necessarily spyware/malware, but we suggest you place a check mark next to the following entries, as these programs may be taking up system resources.
