need drivers for 10-key

I need to find drivers for either:
1)micro innovations 10-key ,model no. kp-17b, fcc id: E8HKB-5630
2)genovation 10-key, model no. 627, version 1.0, fcc id: EFXFEN0627

Does anyone know where to find them.

when i try to install the driver an error message shows up saying,"C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and microsoft windows applications. Choose 'close' to terminate the application". Any ideas how to install the driver?

You need XP_Fix.exe 2nd down

I downloaded the drivers and installed them, but the key pad is not working. When i click on its properties there is a checkbox that says "disable key-pad". when i try to un-check this check box the check just stays. any idea why?
