I have a pentium 2 with 32 mbs of ram. Whats the best distro I can get that won't take a million CDs? maxium number of cds installation takes would be 2, thanks for your help :tazz:

|)amn Small Linux is something around 50 MBs.

And I think the memory limit is 32MB, so you're looking good.

also reduce the kernel to the minimum if you want to save disk space and faster load...
when you install only chose the option you need at that moment ... if you will need something else you can always recompile the kernel...

I'd try Puppy, it's 60meg, and it should work. But compare DSL and Puppy both.
