my battle field will not work on my compter help

i have tried every thing can u help me out plese...ok win i start my battle field it starts it then gose to a blank blank screen then a sec later it says err on the game :tazz: then it dose not start and gose back to desk top...by the way i hardly kow stuff about my compter...but i am geting there...so plese tell me how to get it working

right click on the game on the desktop then click properties then compatibility then set it as what windows your running
