I am installing windows after Reformating my disk. I cant change the color deppth or resolution, most of the disks that came with my computer (including my burner and printer) will not run. It says theat windows cannot run the file type on the installation disks that came with the computer. I have a big mess here.

Any halp at all is appriciated greatly.

To correct your color and resolution, you have to install your vid card driver. Also, you may have to install your motherboard chipset drivers if XP doesn't support your motherboard (rare!)
