Hi, I am not entirely sure what my sister has done to this computer but having a few problem at the moment. Some of them are aurora, abetterinternet.
I am not entirely sure how to get rid of them so I hope you can help if I post a log.

Hello and welcome!

Ok, you have couple of bad infections there.

We need to start with the following:

1. I need you to disable Microsoft Anti-spyware's protection. Or rather- disable it by doing the following;

Right click on the Microsoft AntiSpyware icon (looks like a target) and click on Security Agents Status (Enabled) and click on Disable Real-time Protection.

Then uninstall the entire program. Go to -> Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs and uninstall Microsoft Anti-spyware.
Delete this folder: C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\

It might interfere with the fixes & there is a lot better programs available for protection. This software is still in beta also.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP, or Service Pack 4 if you are running Win2k. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh HijackThis log.
