hi, i'm new here, so forgive me if this is the most redundant question(i tried searching but got lost). i get the "Object moved" response quite frequently, so much that i fear for my monitor's safety  , ha ha. mostly it occurs off of msn.com, but not always. is this a BHO?(sorry again, not very computer savvy). my current installations(and i keep them updated) are norton anti-everything, winpatrol, cccleaner, spywatcher, and adaware. why am i always being redirected? oh, and i never "click here", i simply use the back button and try again until i am directed to the appropriate site. thanks so much for any info.

Hi Bessie. Welcome to GTG. <_<

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide. Also see this post.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

Closed other topic. Nothing of much concern here. Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
