Hello,

I can't install Panda Titanium 2004. It was working fine before, but I decided to Install Panda Titanium 2006 Beta, which I didn't like and uninstalled. Then, I tried to install Panda Titanium 2004 and I get the following error messages:

(at 22% I get these messages)
-------------
'File Error-
The following error occured on file, C:\WINDOWS\System32\PavIpc.dll

Access is denied
(0x5)

[abort] [retry] [ignore]'
----------------

----------------
'File Error-
The following error occured on file, C:\WINDOWS\System32\PavSHook.dll

Access is denied
(0x5)

[abort] [retry] [ignore]'
-----------------

-----------------
'File Error-
The following error occured on file, C:\WINDOWS\System32\SYSTOOLS.dll

Access is denied
(0x5)

[abort] [retry] [ignore]'
--------------

(then at 89% I get:)

----------------
'Severe- LSP Error: Could not get the PAVLSP path.
[OK]'
----------------

(and at 100%:)

-----------------
'Error- Instalation Failed
[OK]'
-----------------

The finished installing screen comes up and when I click finish, Panda loads in Spanish (i selected english at setup start).

Can anyone help me please. I've searched the system32 folder and I can't find any of the files it says it it denied access to. Is there anywhere I could obtain them? What should I do?

do a search again, but this time make sure you look for system and hidden files.

http://www.dslreport...remark,13090945, post number 8. 3 attachements that you will need. the first one is the instructions. once you've cleaned up the install you should be able to reboot and install the other version if you want to.
