One more question

What according to u is the cause of this problem?

Is it some virus attack or missing files?

If it is a virus, will repairing solve the problem?

After Reapir, u will use loose all ur windows updates.
Ur settings and will stay most probaly, very few people who do Repair Installtion, loose their settings.
Taking a chance on Repair will be much better than re-installing windows.
Can't say anything about the malware.
To be sure after repair u can post a HijackThis log in the Malware forum.
