ive used all the programs to get rid of virus' or malware and programs now say im free of all that but windows still is not working right

I never had problems with IE freezing just moving slow. I have 2 other browers FireFox and Avant. Avant is based in IE so if you dont want to download plugins you should go with that.

Possibly their is something wrong with your internet connection, or you might have the proxy settings enabled.

Does the program its self freeze or it just wont find/connect to what your looking for.

the program stops working and i have to ctrl+alt+del and restart..it says not responding in the manage box
