Webshots albums damaged

Please help. I have lost all my webshots collections (40 collections, over 100 pics).

I don't know what to do.

i tried system restore but that didn't work.
When i go into the webshots folder where my collections are stored it says album-10001damaged....

PLEASE HELP me get them back.
