i have a problem with booting up CoD. when itry to get on single or multi it says configure_mp.csv not found. it is very fustrating :) plz help :) i have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling even with no programs running then rebooting comp. and i have wiped my C: drive clean and this problem persists :tazz:

and it works on this comp because i do not have a windows 98(i just put that so i could hurry up and ask for help)

reinstall the game (this is a legal version right?). apply the 1.5 patch. then run the pbweb to update punkbuster. there is a config_mp.cfg but no file listed by the other name. however it appears to be caused by a corrupted file during install. uninstall the game. reboot the pc. delete the install folder. reinstall the game. apply the patch and update punkbuster.

just to clarify this is a legit version, not a cracked copy.
