i have followed all the instructions on your site regarding the removal of this thing and now post my HJT hoping you can help me as i dont know which things to delete.

please bare in mind i have 2 log ons on my machine so when i followed your instructions and started in safe mode i logged on as the administrator and not mark or wps video productions and went through the process to get the following log as i figured a HJT log as administrator would cover my entire machine. :)

here it is (oh by the way i've followed all your instructions and downloaded the various adware removers but they have trial periods so im hoping someone will get back to me asap). :tazz:
