For some reason your file won't open on my PC. But, I suspect that you have built in heading styles on those unwanted pages that are showing up. Go to one of the pages and click on a line or two - especially a section header if you have one. See if they have style headings by looking in the 'name' box (on the left of the lower default toolbar) If it says Heading x where x is a number, make a note of which heading numbers are causing the problem.
Then go into Insert, Reference, Index and Tables, click the Table of Contents tab and click the Options button. Take the level numbers out of the unwanted ones.
Now, if you have a heading number that is okay for some pages but not for others, you will have to remove the styles on the ones that you don't want showing up.
Hope this helps. I teach a Sat class and we just went over styles this past weekend. That's why it's so fresh in my mind.
