After changing ISP's Comcast Hi-Speed Cable to BellSouth DSL (big mistake-
nothing But problems with BS) I was told by a phone service rep to download a limited connectivity patch from Microsoft for XP-SP2 which I did! The problem was
not solved and now when I click on a hyper-linked website in any email it will not go there! HELP how do I remove the patch:
{www.pchell.com/support/limitedconnectivity.shtml} and get my hyperlinks working again? :tazz: :)

Before we uninsall it.
Did also do the 3rd step in the link you provided?

If yes, follow the steps below:
Open Add\Remove Programs in Control Panel.
Click the Show Updates check-box.
Now scroll down and look for Microsoft patch (KB884020)

Thanks Darth Ash, your tip was a big help! I still had to go to sytem restore
from 4 days ago to get my hyperlinks working, I really do appreciate the helpful advice! Thanks! :) :tazz:
