PLEASE I NEED HELP WITH NORTONS

when I try to do a full system scan I get message that nortons could not perform full system scan because some components are missing. I have no idea what components are missing what should I do any help would be much appreciated :tazz:

Hi yes you do have to have to Uninstall norton.
