ERROR: Max ammo mismatch for "smokegrenade" ammo: 'smokegrenade_blue_mp" set it to 3, but "flashgrenade_mp" already set it to 1.

sounds like you may have edited your cfg file. if you have then go back and make sure you edited everything and didn't make typos. other wise make sure your patched with the most recent patches. also update punkbuster.
