I have a Sony Intel Pentium 4 2.66GHz with Windows XP
and I have AGP 4X

I'm pretty new with this stuff and but I was wondering what's the best graphics card I could get for my money.

EDIT: It also says IRQ: 16...and I have no clue what that means

I wanna try to spend under $150

It partly depends on how much you want to spend. What's your budget like?

Edit: Answered while I typed!

You can take a look at video cards from newegg with the type of bus you are looking for (AGP 4x) .. those are cards that are under $150.
