You can use any computer to make a boot floppy at
www.allbootdisks.com or
www.bootdisk.com
put it in the computer and boot with it with cd-rom support. You will need to open fdisk first, just type that in at the command prompt and hit Enter. Remove the older partition, make a new one, after you've exited fdsik type in format and enter yes for all the prompts.
Now put in your cd-rom and access it. With the allbootdisks floppy the drive letter will be R:
You should be able to type in R:\setup, or whatever the drive letter is, and setup should start. It might be R:\win98\setup, but different makers use different setups so I can't tell you with any certainty.
