Hi, my name is Stephen. I have been having some serious problems with spyware lately (namely Winfixer and ABI Network/Aurora, both of which I seem to have finally shaken) and have taken some serious measures to get rid of them. After going through the preliminary procedures listed on this site, I seem to have gotten rid of most of it, but some is still hanging on (as in, I'll still get 2-3 files when running a Microsoft Antispyware scan). The main problem I am having is the regular occurance of error messages ("Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.") that immediately pop up when I open IE and shut it down before I can even browse. On top of that, I downloaded Firefox and it gives me the problem of freezing every time I open it (getting stuck in the loading phase, though I can still operate the buttons and it closes when I ask it to). This may or may not be related to the IE error messages. And finally, I bought Bejeweled 2 a few days ago and, being a dual purpose disk (game and bonus soundtrack), the drive only seems to read the audio portion of it. Again, I really don't know whether the last two problems are in any way related, but if somebody can please help my with the IE error message problem, which I do believe is directly related to the spyware, that should take top priority of the three and I would greatly appreciate it.

Here is my hijackthis log:

Acually, nevermind. We ended up getting a service to take care of it, so you can close this thread. Thanks, though!
