My specs:
3.2Ghz Pentium 4
200HDD
1GB DDR
Radeon x700 PRO 128MB 864Mhz
If I overclocked this, what specs would I be looking at?

Depends on what cooling you have and your cpu could be almost nothing could be a fair bit.

It depends on how much your particular cpu will be bale to overclock, some cpus do it better than others, some batches of the same cpu will overclock better than others. Also depends on your ram and motherboard what kind of speeds they are capable of as the multipliers are locked on retail cpus.
Also depends on wether the system is built or baught if it is per say a dell you are going to be lucky if you can overclock at all.

I used this site: http://www.cpuid.org/clockgen.php and I have a Geforce Radeon x700 PRO 128MB 864MHZ and in that site I found heaps of links which one should I use?
