I had to reinstall Windows 98 and now I only have 2 colors and 16 colors and I can not adjust screen area. Help!!!

You will need to install drivers for the video adapter

Get Everet Home here

Install then open, click + next to computer then summary, look through box on right for display / video adapter

Post the name and model if you need help finding the drivers

Downloading Everet Home was the answer. I knew it needed a driver but I could not find the brand name. It's working fine now.
