I have tried in vain to get rid of a W32.Desktophijack virus. I have bought Norton Antivirus and Spysweeper and also downloaded and tried all of the programs this site has suggested and still cannot get rid of the virus. I have not yet tried to go back online (originally this was impossible) and am using my computer at work to communicate.

Please help.
