browser gone wacky

When I go to use my internet browser, it either sais " cannot find server" or takes me to a generic "org" website. this is becoming really frustrating. my yahoo taskbar works fine, but explorer does not. also, if I try to click on a link from a website, it autocatically sais cannot find server. What is going on? any suggestions?
