mouse & browser hijack

I ran adaware and spybot both and rebooted. My mouse is still jumping around all over the place.(I have unplugged it) I rebooted my computer after running the spyware programs and now my internet explore keeps opening window after window as well as my mouse still jumping around. I ran Hijack this and here is my log. How do I fix these things? Please help
