i just built my computer from stratched and purchased an oem version on Microsoft Windows XP Professional. This will be my first time booting up the computer so if i was to go about loading on the Operating System, would i just have to insert the disk and have it auto-run or use bootdisks... this would be the first boot of the computer

Just insert the XP CD in your drive, and start your computer. Windows Setup will begin--follow the prompts.
