Cleanprivacy going on my NERVS!

Hi Geeks,

im from Germany and i have since this nihgt, about 23:00 o'clock a big problem.
Like portenia posted on 02 Aug 2005 i also got the Message.
"you're visiting illegal [bleep] sites. FBI knows everything about you right now. All information is logged. Click here to protect yourself urgently before it's too late. Your IP logged. Security risk level - high. Your're beeing (sic) watched and all your acts are tracked. Your life is in danger! Click here to stop the threat (link to www.cleanprivacy.info/adv=1648&sub=hp1). Download free track removal.
No matter what I do, I get this warning as my wallpaper. I also get it as a background when I open Internet Explorer (blank page). When I try to go to other sites I randomly get a banner that says that I am being watched... etc on the top of the screen. Sometimes, I cannot go anywhere. I also receive a warning each 15 min. saying: 'your computer is full of evicence. Click yes to clean your computer now.

I'm trying since 3 hours already everything to fix it, but i can't find anything.
Plz can u help me... it looks like this problem occurs more often in last time.

I ran already AdAware and Spydoctor but nothing really helps.

That should stop the messages

Go here for Microsoft Update

Click Custom and install all High Priority Updates, you may need to reboot and return to the site, once you have used it once, Microsoft Update will be shown as a link in all programmes

When you have got all the High Priority Updates, including SP2, choose any of the optional ones you need

You can get anti spyware tools here

I'm actually running a firewall and an Anti Virus-Program but the problem is, that the problem (spyware, virus, wahtever) reinstalls himself.
