HELP WITH HIJACKED DESKTOP

Hi All...I need some serious HELP ! When I booted my computer..my desktop had changed to some mountain scene...I finally got rid of that, now it's a black screen with WARNING written in red..saying my desktop has been hijacked and to click this link to get it back..which I did NOT click. SO I opened CONTROL PANEL.. then DISPLAY to change my desktop..well guess what? the only tabs that are there are ..SCREEN SAVER, EFFECTS and SETTINGS. So it looks like whatever hijacked my desktop also hijacked my tab to change my desktop ! I even tried changing the desktop theme...still the same. OK now what???? HELP PLEASE
