Please help me, i keep getting pop ups for winfixer2005, hooowah, and hundreds more. I downloaded your reccomended spyware removal tools and they detected many spyware programs (very helpful thank you) but i have a spyware program called 'Xoftspy' which detects - 'Spyware.Safesurfing' file - ISSM0064.DAT it then gives me the option to delete this, which i do but it keeps comming back along with all of the pop ups. I am now scared to do any online banking as i read somewhere that this particular pest is a key logger. Please can someone help me.
P.S I am a computer novice/begginer.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
