Hi,my windows xp wont boot up,keeps telling me i have a missing file,"windows root.system32/hall.dll.now the problem i have,keeps asking me to boot from the recovery disk.the only problem is i dont have one.can anybody help by telling me how can i go by reformatting my drive?is the last step i wanted to take,but i guess i have no choice in this matter,or would they another solution for my problem?again i have no recovery cd.if anyone hasve a solution for my problem,please help out. :tazz: it would be toatlly appreciate for the help,thnks.

Without a recovery CD your options are limited
