Adobe Reader Installer Starts up...

I have Adobe Reader 7 installed on my computer. When i run some programms like Tune Up Utilities 2004 suddenly Adobe Reader Instaler comes up and when the installation finishes a adobe reader icon appears on my desktop..

why this happens?
