One answer is to get ThunderBird which is an e-mail program that can serve as a replacement for Outlook and has a built in spam blocker. (It is make by the same people that make FireFox which is a web broser that a lot of people here have, and since geting it I have not had one popup). Both of these programs are free. The way it works is that once you have labled something as spam it automaticly send it to a folder called junk. I canged the settings so the way I have it is it sends spam to the Trash and this get empited when I exit ThunderBird.
