It depends what internet browser you are using..

If you are using internet explorer you can find temporary internet files in "C:\Documents and Settings\[log on name]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files" -------------- You must enable yourself to view hidden files and folders

but i earased the pics, but not the movies
they were watched by internet explorer and netscape (mostly netscape)
this is urgent

yeah....
i did the earasing the temps already
BUt the problem is the movies watched on the internet (both netscape and internet explorer, mostly netscape watched by)

Did it work or do you still want more tools? Or you can just re-install XP! That should get rid of all the files! But there are still recoverable!

You do know who ever or what ever your running away from has no use? Everything is stored in your ISP Address! Unless someone knows how to clear that?? If you clear that and format your computer your safe! I dont think you can clear ISP History??
