I'm having a bit of a problem now because my machine is running real slow. I have had a problem with shnlog.exe file and I saw that someone else was having the same problem on this site. I followed the instructions carefully and I'm confident that I have repaired that. But now my machine is so slow that it takes about 5 min to open windows explorer. It runs well in safe mode, but in safe mode I can't update (no internet connection) any programs that I have downloaded (i.e. ewido). I'm using another computer to post this.
