Hello, I got hit with Spyware Sheriff and removed some/most of it but I can't wrestle back control of my desktop.

I've run these in safe mode and deleted alot of spyware
Ad-Aware
Spybot S&D
Ewido
Counter Spy
Cleanup
McAfee virus scan
