problem with Dr Watson Debugger

hey guys, ive been having a problem with dr watson debugger for some time now and just can't take it anymore! It won't let me open any files, my computer, control panel, and any other file or something to do with the actual computer. All i can open is programs such as games or email or aim.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
