I have win 98 and need a scan w/out purchase or registery, similar to Ewido for Xp, that can scan my system and remove infections.

have CleanUp!, Adaware 1.06, Spybot SD and CWShredder and none do the trick. i need help please. i have posted on geeks 6 times now and no one has helped me..please help.
