Hey guys,

Well, when i start up my PC, the Norton Internet Security shows in my task bar as up, but the Anti-virus has the red - X over it, after about 5 minutes after start up, they both disappear off my task bar. I used some of the free virus scans you said to use, the trojan scan found a trojan, said it could not be cleaned BUT could be deleted. I chose to delete and it said it was deleted succesfully. But the problem is STILL happening. If theres anyway you could help me that would be great. <_<

Thanks in advance,
Ed

Usually can be resolved by uninstalling Norton through Add/Remove programs, rebooting, and then reinstalling.
