Hello,
I have a Dell Dimension 4300 Desktop. I have a regular dial up connection port and I want to connect to broadband and ethernet. The ethernet cable will not fit into this port, but I think this may be an easy problem to fix. I've heard that I need a network adaptor, but I'm not sure what that is really...Could someone explain the switchover process from dial up to ethernet? Thanks.

You would need a network card then you just plug from there to the router / modem
