I want to re-format my HDD, but I cant because Im using it so How can I re-format my HDD?

what file format is your harddrive fat32 or NTFS ?
why do you need to reformat ?

It is fat32 and by re-format i mean erase all files!Oh Itz just that I had this compter for a while just to get rid of unwanted files!
