Hi, I just wanted to know, how do you get infected with (spysherif,anit-virus gold,ect) becasue when i had got infected with these items i did not download anything so how did it come on to my computer??? How is it possible that i leave the computer, come back and see i have the virus???

It could have been sent by e-mail or through an instant message conversation. There are lots of ways certain viruses can spread.
