I keep getting balloon at the bottom right hand of my screen stating "Your computer might be at risk" with a link to some spyware site. I've tried everything recommended in the first part of the forum and still happens. Spybot/mcafee has been deleting trojans more frequently and zonealarm states that some program is monitoring my keyboard activity. I think the program was rdsndin.exe and I have also seen hclean.exe show up on my Mcafee scan. Windows Firewall states that suspicious activity detected. All of my service updates have been installed. Any ideas?

Thanks for responding. The only thing I can think of that's been going on is microsoft firewall has popup say suspicious activity detected and the balloon popup about every 5-10 minutes.

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Next Click on Launch Kaspersky Anti-Virus Web Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.

• The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
• Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  
• Now click on Scan Settings
• In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
  • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
  Standard
  
  • Scan Options:
  Scan Archives
  Scan Mail Bases
• Click OK
• Now under select a target to scan:Select My Computer
• This will program will start and scan your system.
• The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
• Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
  • Now click on the Save as Text button:
• Save the file to your desktop.
• Copy and paste that information into your next post.

• Download the following self-extracting file smitRem.exe and save the file to your DESKTOP.
  • Double click the Smitrem.exe icon on your Desktop.
  • Then click Run>Start and a Smitrem folder will apear on your desktop also.
• REBOOT your computer in SafeMode by doing the following:
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
• Open the smitRem folder

  • Follow the prompts on screen.

The log probably won't appear on your desktop and the program rund really fast. Just at the end, it tells you where to find the log. On my machine, the location is:
