both of those links suck...as far as bein able to help answer your question...but as long as the board and psu are the same "form factor" (i think is what it's called) it should work..such as :mobo - ATX then the psu should be ATX. if the mobo is ATX with the extra little connecter then so should the psu

and the PSU is ATX 2.0 apparently.
