Ok I did everything exact to your direction. For some reason this file C:\WINDOWS\system32\dlp4dx.exe when deleted immediatly returns. I do it all what you say to and the Win Sync in Hijack this gets deleted. I restart in normal mode once after and double triple quadruple check with killbox and hijackthis and it says its gone, but upon the comp running longer and or another restart in example just shutting it off bacause Im not using it and it all has returned. Killbox deleted it, but it returns. Another thing was when I would open (my computer) there would be a !SUBMIT folder that before I could not delete after following those steps I tried deleting it in same mode and it worked. My anti virus keeps telling me it deleted the Qooo virus and a few of the other files you had me delete prior with all of that a few posts back such as windows\system32\qbaroxx.exe and kjaob.dll. When my comp starts up now my microsoft anitspyware reads blocked program from starting up which is the C:\WINDOWS\system32\dlp4dx.exe that I have as a blocked app in microsoft spyware so its still there. I know I still have web-nexus I dont know if thats the file Im trying to delete there or not, but its here and killing IE. Here is a fresh HjackThis Log.....I 200% appreciate your patience with me and this matter due to my incompetence to resolve this issue myself. Thank You and Have a Great Holiday Weekend if it is a Holiday for you as well Im not sure if your in my country or not. Either way relax and stay safe--- regards Aaron Shotwell-

Hello Officer Shotwell,

Please put up a new WPfind and Qoo track log for me to review.

Are there any other user accounts on this laptop?

Thanks,

Snickets

Hello OfficerShotwell,

If your guest account is never used then let's do this, as I see some infection in it as well.

Let's go ahead and delete out the user account and then clean up the main account. That way the infection will not jump back and forth on us as that seems to be what is happening to us with this infection.

Below is how you will get rid of the user account:

http://support.micro...../accounts.asp

Please remove this account from the machine and then post a new wpfind and qoo track log for me to review from the remaining account.

Thank you,

Snickets

Ok I followed all the direction and found out that that Guest account is there so other people can use your computer without having to create another user account. There is no delete option for it just an option to turn it off. So I turned it off. Then ran the WnPfind and TrackQoo and here are the Logs.
