Hi,

I have a network with a couple of Win98 and Win XP machines.
The one 98 machine just suddenly stopped accessing the internet and network after some "Illegal Operation" occured.

All the other machines can access the network and internet without any problems.
I can ping any network machine as well as any website but cannot browse anything. The DNS Servers work cause all the other machines can access the internet.

Has anyone came a similar problem, please let me know????

If you have a network adaptor you may be missing the drivers to it. Use a site like DriverGuide.com to locate and download your network adaptor drivers.
