Urgent Help Please

I have just got a new computer, have taken it out of the box and put it all together, turned it on and it loaded up but then the moniter diplayed a red box saying "No Supported Mode H: 53.5KhZ V: 84.7hZ" I cant do anything more I AM STUCK - can someone hlpe me ??
