[Lithiack]

This is my first time on geek and I am very much hoping that there is someone out there to help me. Over the last few weeks I have had allsorts of trouble with one or two virus’s, but mostly with spy ware. Tediously, I seemed to have over come most of the problems but still have trouble with internet explorer. It keeps crashing after a few seconds on log-on. Yet I can access the internet but going through the Microsoft problem page or but operating Opera. I have down loaded the latest version of explorer, yet I still have this problem. It may be coincidental but this particular problem has arisen since I’ve been getting, after start-up, a box on my desk top with the words caswnd. I have down loaded hijack, but I am not knowledgeable enough to know what I should do. Below is my saved log from hijack and would be extremely grateful for any help.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
