stupid nail.exe file not found

ok i get this stupid nail.exe file not found error msg on start up since i ran nailfix i know this should probably go in the internet section but its not net related...what to do guys?

Reboot into safe mode and look for nail.exe in c:\Windows, and delete it if found. Then go to START -> RUN and type msconfig and in the new window that appears, click on the 'Startup' tab and unckeck the box that refers to nail.exe. Also run HiJackThis and check the box next to the line that refers to nail.exe, if its there.
